Choose the Nichols chocolate chip cookie and white chocolate cupcakes by Chef Brianna, or the Latierre stuffed strawberry cream cheese tea cake of Chef Jackie. About Our Junior Chefs
Thanks to a collaboration with the Chicago Culinary Arts Program and the Chicago Public Schools Workforce Based Learning Program, our interning highschool chefs spent 6 weeks at Schweet Original Homemade Chicago Cheesecake to put into practice their culinary skills. They excitedly learned how to work with us in a commercial and retail setting. Proper sanitation, food prep, menu development and packaging were executed, as well as customer service. Well done!
