About This Schweet Event

Home-based chefs will gain information to appropriately run their home-based kitchen in this session with Beth Kregor, who is the Director of the IJ Clinic on Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Law School.  This 2-hour workshop will provide the most current information on the revised Illinois Food Cottage Law.  In addition, you'll learn about:
  • The license application process.
  • The law and Chicago home-based chefs.
  • Restricted items.
  • Food cottage licensing stories.
Bonus:  Schweet Cheesecake is included in your ticket.
